What this website is for

This website is a showcase of the designers, brands, and stock we carry in our boutique. Our Mother of the Bride and occasion wear range is not sold online — it is available by appointment only, in person, in store. Our Fashion and Footwear & Accessories ranges can be bought either through this website or in person, in store.

Online orders and payment

Where online purchase is available, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By placing an order, you confirm the details you have provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed. Our returns and exchanges terms are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product information, images, and availability on this website accurate and up to date. However, stock changes regularly, and we cannot guarantee that every item shown is currently in stock or available in every size or colour. Images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the item as delivered by the designer. Please contact us or book an appointment to confirm availability before travelling to see a specific item.

Appointments

Special occasion wear is available by appointment only, lasting up to 90 minutes. You’re welcome to bring up to two guests; a third guest can be arranged in advance. If you have any special requirements, let us know when booking, or call us on 01324 636343.

Intellectual property

The Catwalk Falkirk name, logo, and the text, layout, and original photography on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and brand names belong to the respective designers and brands.

Third-party content

This website includes content from third parties, such as a Google Maps location embed and Google customer reviews. We are not responsible for the content or availability of these third-party services.

Liability

We provide this website “as is” and do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any liability we cannot legally limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.
