How we sell
Mother of the Bride and occasion wear is available by appointment only, in person, in our boutique — this range is not sold online. Our Fashion and Footwear & Accessories ranges are available to buy both online through this website and in person, in store.
Your statutory rights
Whatever you buy from us, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If an item you have bought from us is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is separate from, and unaffected by, our exchange and returns policy below.
If you buy online or by telephone, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, in addition to the return window set out below.
In-store purchases: our exchange and returns policy
Items purchased in store may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer a refund for a change of mind on in-store purchases.
Garments must be returned in the same condition as sold, with tickets attached. For hygiene reasons, headpieces and jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.
Sale items are exchange or credit note only, and must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Clearance items priced at half price or less are non-returnable.
Online and telephone purchases
Items bought online or by telephone (Fashion and Footwear & Accessories) may be returned within 7 days for occasion wear or 14 days for casual wear. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please email pauline@catwalk-falkirk.co.uk to advise the reason for your return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number before returning your item. Return postage is at your own expense.
Online and telephone purchases may also be returned in store within 14 days, with your receipt, for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
